It has been brought to our attention  recently that web-shops and sales outlets are advertising and selling Seasonic  system integration model power supplies (OEM) as the consumer version of the  Seasonic Retail power supplies.  An example of this would be the OEM  power supply model number SS-500ET Active PFC model advertised and sold as the  Retail model S12II-500.
 
This is clearly misleading the consumers  and Sonic Electronics do not condone nor support such sales tactics and  policies.  We have made requests to the online shops and stores to stop  such deceptive business practices and any further sales and promotion of the  misrepresented Seasonic products.

Please be informed that  Seasonic's authorized distributors are not under obligation to provide any  after sales technical or RMA services for the unauthorized sales items.   Sea Sonic Electronics appeals to our customers to purchase Seasonic  Retail products through authorized channels in order to ensure the best after  sales services we can provide.
